BioPharma Connections has a strong team of seasoned professionals with a combined experience of 100+ years in the areas of strategic business development, investor relations, product development, technical facility design, quality compliance and commercial operations. Our team members are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the East Coast, and in Europe.

Founder and CEO
Teresa has 30+ years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology development, GMP manufacturing, clinical, and quality compliance. She has 8 years of program management experience, 18+ years of business development, strategic partnering and investor relations for Life Sciences companies, CROs, CDMOs, and consulting firms.

Chief Operating Officer
Steve has 30+ years of experience in IT, business development, project management, operations, finance and programming. Steve joined the BioPharma Connections team in 2014.

Sami Darrow
Client Manager
Sami has academic training in life science research, bioentrepreneurship, and business development. She has her Master's in Biotechnology and B.S. in Biology from the University of San Francisco. Sami joined BPC in 2021.

Mya has her B.S in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing. She has experience in data analysis, applied communications & business management. Mya joined BPC in 2022.

Caroline has her B.S in Sociology and is currently pursuing her Masters in Computational Social Science. She has an emphasis in data analysis and research. Caroline joined BPC in 2024.
